Our standard of excellence is the Champagne® mango, and you can only get it from Ciruli Brothers. The Champagne® mango turns from green to a deep golden color as it matures. It boasts a very sweet, candy-like flavor with soft, velvety flesh that is free of fibers. This delicate, kidney-shaped fruit closely resembles the paisley, which was inspired precisely, by the mango fruit, in India long ago. It is smaller than most commercially available varieties in the U.S., but the seed is also very thin, delivering a higher fruit-to-seed ratio. Of the Ataulfo variety, our Champagnes® are meticulously cared for to ensure you receive great tasting, quality fruit, consistently. Learn more at ChampagneMango.com.

Haden mangos are aromatic, juicy, and polychromatic. From an appearance perspective, this particular variety will go through all of the colors of the mango color spectrum as it matures. It begins with vibrant green skin that develops pastel yellow and pink overtones which then deepen to orange and red at full maturity. To enjoy it, wait until a Haden is fully ripe and pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to bring out its flavor notes. Haden mangos are among the sweetest mangos available. The uniquely high sugar to acid ratio in Hadens gives the fruit exceptional flavor with a moderate amount of fiber. This is a smaller variety, and its peak size is a 12 count, averaging 10 – 12 ounces per fruit.

This super-sized mango is available in plentiful supplies during the late summer and fall because of its late blooming season. Keitt (pronounced “kit”) mangos sometimes develops pink areas on skin that remains predominantly green, even when fully mature. You know a Keitt is ripe because the fruit gets softer as it matures, similar to avocados or peaches. The Keitt received its name from Mrs. J. N. Keitt who first selected the mangos in 1939. These mangos are juicy and scrumptious, with a delightful yet robust flavor. We recommend this variety for Asian inspired cuisine, such as in mango slaw and sticky rice, or alone as a tasty treat.

This variety originated in Miami, Florida in the 1940s. Considered one of the best tasting mangos in the U.S., Kents are large and oval, with firm and juicy flesh that is brimming with flavor. If you’re familiar with mangos, the Kent’s flavor profile most closely resembles the Alphonso. Kents are predominantly green with a rosy blush that is even more pronounced when grown in regions where climate conditions provide ample sun. As the fruit matures, the skin develops small, golden dots and the fruit becomes soft to the touch. This is a very sweet and enjoyable mango with few fibers. We recommend enjoying it pureed as a marinade for chicken or pork, in a sweet mango lassi, or as a frozen treat.
